Brotherhood of "Taste-Andouilles"



These traditional sausages made of chitterlings are honoured by a special fair each year on the third Monday of February in Val-d'Ajol, a date established in former times by Louis Phillipe for cattle-market. Since 1965 the "Confrérie(brotherhood) des Taste-Andouilles et Gandoyaux" keep celebrating these famous sausages.
